Application field and effect

Rare earth ceramic reinforcer is a multifunctional assistant, which has excellent properties in ceramic body, ceramic glaze, ceramic pigment, ceramic gold water and industrial ceramics.

① Functions in the ceramic body: obviously improve the physical and chemical properties, such as: activate the particle surface of the blank, reduce the porosity in the porcelain body, accelerate the sintering rate of the porcelain body, improve the thermal stability and mechanical strength of the porcelain body; promote mineralization; increase the transparency of the porcelain body.

② Its functions in ceramic glaze are: to reduce the types of grain boundary in glaze, the expansion coefficient of glaze, the bubble rate of glaze layer, the crack of glaze surface; to improve the thermal stability, the hardness of glaze surface, the glossiness and other properties.

③ Functions in ceramic pigments: coloring, color aid, stability and other functions; good hair color, bright color phase; high temperature resistance; strong covering power, even color; improve product quality, increase variety of colors.

④ In the high temperature underglaze pigment function: causes the pigment under the high temperature to present the color to be stable, the color is bright; resists the atmosphere change the ability to raise obviously.

⑤ Function in ceramic gold water: improve the luster, whiteness and temperature resistance of gold water.

⑥ Its functions in industrial ceramics include: improving relative density, strength, fracture toughness and oxidation resistance; reducing porosity; changing dielectric properties; simplifying production process, and manufacturing products with complex shapes.
